Like previous editions, a host of international professors, researchers, and experts from various countries such as the United States, England, Australia, Hong Kong, Spain, Malaysia, Turkey, Italy, and India have been invited to attend the event to explore and deepen the understanding of the intersection between tourism and spirituality.

Under the overarching theme of “Tourism and Spirituality - Family Health,” the fourth conference will delve into various dimensions, including “Tourism and Spirituality - Youth Spiritual Health,” “Tourism and Spirituality - Community Spiritual Health,” and “Psychological Approach to Tourism and Spirituality”.

According to organizers, this significant event is supported by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts, the Qom Seminary, Alameh Tabatabai University, University of Science and Culture, Tarbiat Modares University, Imam Sadiq University, and Shahid Beheshti University.

Religious tourism, which marks one of the oldest forms of traveling, is strongly motivated by spiritual reasons. Historical places of worship around the world tend to appear on the bucket lists of many travelers. From isolated sanctuaries in the heart of the rocky mountains to the most visited sites in bustling cities, Iran embraces inspiring centers of worship that draw devotees from all around the world.
